Forrest Li sources Chinese capital, industrial tenants and co-developers for Cu Chi Riverside City. He has more than 10 years of experience with CMIA, spanning deal execution, portfolio management and China business development.

Based in Shanghai, Forrest brings a deep network across China that complements Chen Zhen’s Greater China coverage. Previously, he structured private equity and venture capital products at Forise Assets Management and China United Credit.

Forrest holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Renmin University.
