Lynn Huynh builds the financial models, debt sizing and funding structures that underpin decision-making on Cu Chi Riverside City. She has more than 10 years of experience across banking, renewable energy and industrial infrastructure.

As Strategy & New Business Manager at VSIP Group, she led financial modelling and fundraising for industrial park developments. At VSSES, she delivered Vietnam’s first private grid based on a direct power purchase agreement (DPPA).

Lynn has raised debt from leading lenders including IFC, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and FMO, and previously served as Senior Relationship Manager for FDI clients at VietinBank. She graduated from Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City in the top 5% of her cohort.
