Polly Pham leads engagement with Vietnamese landowners, developers and public-sector counterparts for Cu Chi Riverside City. She brings more than 15 years of experience in investment, asset management and business development in Vietnam. As Investment Director at Khang Dien Group, she oversaw more than USD 1 billion in assets under management and a land bank of 160 hectares.

As Assistant Vice President, Investment & Strategy at Sembcorp Development Vietnam, she led the strategy that grew the industrial property portfolio approximately fivefold, representing USD 450 million in incremental investment. She also managed a portfolio of approximately USD 900 million at Mapletree Vietnam.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at CapitaLand Vietnam and Novaland, where she built strong relationships with government stakeholders. Polly holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, which she attended on a full merit scholarship.
